HRH Queen Torres Maria Leonora, Queen of Maharlika and Princess of Calabarzon from Philippines on Thursday felt a warm reception at the Ministry of ICT and National Guidance. She was recieved by State Minister Hon Joyce Nabbosa Ssebugwawo. The Queen who was accompanied by Heal The Planet Global Organisation – HTP President Kivumbi Earnest Benjamin, We Care for Humanity Uganda country Director Jorum Bukima and other partners discussed several issues including investment in Uganda ICT infrastructure for cheaper and faster internet.

Hon Ssebugwawo promised to link Queen Torres with Buganda Kingdom and President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni to promote investment in the country. The Queen was on 06 days official visit in Uganda and met high ranking Top Uganda Government officials and also introduced investors. She is expected back in Uganda before mid this year to bring more investors
