A Church Land grabber identified as Mr. John Katonya who claims he is building on behalf of President Museveni’s brother General Salim Saleh was on Thursday arrested and spent night in a police custody at Kira Road Police Station.

Unexpectedly, Buganda road Court has on Friday sent him to Luzira Prizon until the 19th Dec over a Criminal Trespass charges related to the grabbing of land belonging to Christianity Focus Centre, Mengo Kisenyi, a church pastored by Dr. Bp. David Kiganda as it was proved by a Government Surveyor’s Report which was solicited by the Kampala Metropolitan’s office and confirmed by Senior Staff Surveyor.
