Kivumbi is the CEO Founder of KEB International Group (www.kebinternationalgroup.com) formerly Have It Cheap Group International-HICGI dealings in Cars, Real Estate, ICT Services, Tours & Travel and many more. He is also the President and Founder of Heal The Planet Global Organisation-HTP (www.healdeplanet.org) in Special Consultative Status with United Nations. He is the Founder and 1st Director of HICGI News Agency – www.hicginewsagency.com which also runs some Uganda Government Social Media Accounts according to reliable sources as well as Chairman and Founder of Africa at Heart a Non Profit Organization working for the Transformation of Africa.
Since 2020, Dorothy Kisaka , the Executive Director of Kampala Capital City Authority- KCCA hired Kivumbi on contract to run Africa Smart Towns Network-ASToN Project as a Project Officer. The Project brings together 11 African Cities for Digital Transformation funded by French Development Agency, inspired by URBACT that brings together thousands of European cities.
In October 2022, Kivumbi was elected by the Uganda Youth Coalition for SDGs as Partnerships & Publicity Head . The Coalition founded by UN Diplomat H.E Rosa Malango in 2018 brings together more than 300 youth led organisations on Sustainable Development Goals under the SDG secretariat if the office of the Prime Minister of Uganda.

Kivumbi Earnest Benjamin aka E K Benj was Born on 14th May 1989 to Esther Nasuna Favor and Godfrey Kiwanuka Palton (Deceased) in a family of 2 Sisters and 2 Brothers.

POLITICAL CAREER
Formerly Running for Kampala Central Member of Parliament (2011 Uganda General Elections) on People’s Development Party ( PDP) Ticket, Kivumbi latter joined National Resistance Movement NRM Following a Meeting with Uganda Head of State Yoweri Kaguta Museveni in Entebbe State House where the duo discussed the African dream in a 4 hours private meeting.

Kivumbi began his Political Career as a Special Aide to Conservative Party Boss/ EX MP Lubaga South Constituency John Ken Lukyamuzi (The Man) December 2007- Decemebr 2008). While with Lukyamuzi , he trailed with him all over Uganda on Political Tours and also learnt political debates with exposure to Radio Talks commonly known as “Ebimeeza”

He caught the Media eye when he started holding Independent Press Conferences in Kampala Hotels and restaurants with weekly Press briefings on current Issues both Local and International.
It was during this time at the age of 19 that People’s Development Party – PDP President, Dr Abed Bwanika coerced him to join PDP which party he served as Deputy Spokesman from May 2009- February 2010. Kivumbi with his colleagues through hard work saw PDP Expand and hold a mega National Delegates Conference for the first time initially as a National Coordinator.
Kivumbi’s Political Career has been characterized of heroic traits of the kind manifesting in moments of tension such as Hunger Strikes, several demonstrations he once led and participated in, facing several arrests, put behind bars and battling with Government in Courts of Law. In spite of all this, the Charismatic Flamboyant Kivumbi Grew Stronger.
During school, Kivumbi’s Leadership Career manifested in various positions such as serving as Head Prefect, Head Boy, chairman debating club, time keeper and others.

Kivumbi is a Born Again Christian, and during High School was as a Student Pastor leading big scripture unions at D K Hill School and Angel High School, Namasuba.
He has met with and associates with big personalities around the world including journalists, Billionaires, Heads of State and others.
He frequently appears in News Papers, holds Radio and Television Talk shows.
ACADEMIC CAREER
Kivumbi has explored knowledge beyond Intentions of making a fortune. He graduated from Ndejje University with a Bachelor of Journalism & Mass Communication in 2019 funded by President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni under State House something he disclosed recently as a Devine arrangement of God having seen it in a vision 16 years earlier when the Head of State had sponsored his university education, so he wasn’t surprised that in 2021 he received a phone call from the Office of the President informing him one evening that the President had wished him to go for further studies.
Kivumbi also studied at Africa Population Institute getting several Certificates in Guidance & Counseling, Financial Management & Accounting, Project Planning & Evaluation, Public Management & Administration, Research & Data Management, Procurement & Business Administration, Makerere, Kampala, Uganda.
Also attended EDN Campus/ ABMA London UK for Advanced Diploma in Profession Computing & Information Technology, and Law Development Center for a Diploma in Law.
Other schools include Bakery Secondary School and Angel Education Center Namasuba for his Senior 6, D.K Hill School for O and party of A level, Nakivubo Settlement (Kampala) and Lindamassie (Namasuba, Entebbe Rd for Primary and St. Anne-Masajja for Nursery).

Kivumbi has volunteered with a number of Organizations such as Youth Alive Uganda (Makerere University), Good Samaritan Ministries, The Association for Re-orientation and Rehabilitation of Women for Development (TERREWODE), Script writing/ 3D Animation – AMAKULA CULTURE CENTRE. He has Presented Health Talk shows on Vendor’s Voice St. Balikudembe and Namirembe FM a Protestant Based Radio Station in Kampala from 2008-2009
HOBBIES
Kivumbi likes Badminton, Swimming, Reading , Traveling and Movies; he has not only enjoyed watching them but also Acted and Written scripts. Some of the Projects he has featured in include; “Coliform Queen” a Ugandan Movie, Night Movers – Abampembe and shot films with AMAKULA Cultural Club, Cine Club Edmond International Film Production Company in 2005.
