His remarks were during a Concert of a local Gospel Music star Herbert Twina at his concert in Kampala on Friday night.
Uganda also gave the musician UGX 50 million to support a fundraising for a church land purchase.
Uganda President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni signed this bill into law and since then the country has faced hostilities from US on economic and diplomatic engagement.

Several musicians joined Twina on the stage to perform before thousands of fans. These included Pastor Wilson Bugembe, Ntante, Joseph Ngoma, Justine Nabosa and others.
The event was also attended by Ugandan minister David Bahati, Uganda People’s Defense Forces – UPDF Spokesman Brig Felix Kulaigye, several members of Parliament and Business people.
