Ugandans dying of hunger are idiots, says Minister Oryem.

This was as a result of president Museveni speech during the Non-Aligned- Movement (NAM) SUMMIT that Ugandans who are starving near to death due famine in karamoja sub region that’s not the station in africa .

Hon Okello Oryem said this on the interview made on one of the TV in uganda, where he called all those with famine affiliated cases are idiots .
