HICGI News Agency is bringing you Live updates from Namirembe Christian Fellowship Kampala of Prof Simeon Kayiwa where a special mass is being held in honor of the fallen Buganda Ndiga clan Head Eng Lwomwa Bbossa Daniel who was murdered last month.






















Bbosa, 72, was also the director of Transa Electrical, He was fatally shot as he approached his residence at around 6pm in Kikandwa Zone, Lungujja Parish in Lubaga Division.
“We forgive the killers of our Dad.” Says Namitala Diana Kisakye daughter of the deceased. She added that their father called upon the name Jesus as bullets intesfied with another family member dodging the bullets.
Namitala said her father never failed to give any one who asked assistance from him.

She called about those with company debts to pay.
She equally applauded bodaboda riders who risked their lives pursuing the killers.
She said Pastor Kayiwa’s Gospel touched them all to get saved.
Nalunkuuka Juliet Meme another daughter said Bbossa was always protecting his head at the shop from falling items but the devil ran after his head.
The widow of the deceased said her husband never wanted wars and those quarreling “During the news whenever they went into Gaza – Israel war he asked to change the channel.
Police spokesperson Fred Enanga said shortly after his death that preliminary inveshadtions had indicated that the assailants who were three in number were monitoring Bbosa’s movements.

He said the assailants parked in a corner near the home of the deceased and watched as he approached the bend to his home , from where they shot at his vehicle.
“They sped past vehicle of the victim, they made U-turn and then drove back and shot at him from the front killing him instantly. They shot three bullets onto his head,” Enanga said.
Bbosa’s wife Gladys and housemaid with whom he was in the vehicle as he returned from a function survived with no injuries.
Enanga said as the assailants fled the scene, they were pursued by courageous boda boda riders who knocked the motorcycle and two of them were cornered.
Kampala Lord Mayor Elias Lukwago speaking in the church demanded from the government to show the killers of Ugandans in gun murders.
The Leader of Uganda opposite in Parliament Ssenyonyi Joel grieved with the family and nation and said he was happy to come back to the church he grew up in.
