Pro bono: Kenya Law Society Intervenes to Save Bishop Joseph Molema

The Kenya Law Society has intervened to save Kenyan Bishop Joseph Alfayo Molema and will represent him pro bono according to reliable sources.

Following the publication of our story on 15th June 2024;

“Kenya Pastor’s Church Burnt, Maliciously Prosecuted in a Land Dispute – Bishop Joseph Molema speaks to HICGI News Agency in Hide.”

Where a local Bishop in Nyamira, Kisi-  Kenya, Joseph Molema Alfayo is in a hideout after a High Court in Nyamira issued a warrant of arrest against him for failing to pay KSH 700,000 (U$ 5400) compensation to his accuser  Dr. James Kumenda.

Heal The Planet Global Organisation- HTP in special consultative status with United Nations picked interest in the story and wrote to Kenyan Law society to interve as the man or God didn’t have more than  U$ 2000 he was asked by a lawyer to represent him in court.

An official at Heal The Planet Global speaking to HICGI News Agency says the Kenyan Law Society has agreed to assist in public interest according to an email copied to him.

Bishop Joseph Molema has received the news of this communication with joy and is grateful for the Kenyan Law Society and Heal The Planet Global Organisation.
