Kampala socialite Nasser Nduhukire, commonly known as Don Nasser, appeared in Buganda Road Magistrate’s Court on October 8, 2024, facing serious charges related to aggravated trafficking and defilement.

During the court session, prosecution, led by Mr. Joseph Kyomuhendo, informed the court that investigations into the case are still ongoing. As a result, they requested an adjournment to allow for further inquiries.

Magistrate Ronal Kayiizi agreed to the prosecution’s request, and Nasser was remanded to Luzira prison. He will remain in custody until the next court date set for October 23, 2024.

The case has drawn significant public attention, highlighting ongoing concerns regarding trafficking and defilement in the region.
