National Pastors’ Platform of Uganda Disassociates from False Teachings and Misrepresentation of Joseph Rest Ssenyonjo

By Earnest Kivumbi Benjamin

Wakiso, Uganda — The National Pastors’ Platform of Uganda, in partnership with the leadership of the National Fellowship of Born Again Pentecostal Churches of Uganda in Wakiso District and Nansana Municipality, along with other umbrella organizations representing pastors of born-again churches across the nation, have made a formal statement to the public and to government authorities.

This is in respect of one Joseph Rest Ssenyonjo known as “Vva Mubisibe”

In a Statement released read by Bishop David Livingstone Kiganda, the document seen by HICGI News Agency says;

Disassociated.

We strongly disassociate ourselves from the actions, teachings, and conduct of Mr. Joseph Rest Ssenyonjo (commonly referred to as “Vva Mubusibe”). We categorically state that he is not recognized as a member of our fellowships or as a legitimate leader within the Born Again Christian community.

Advert

We further denounce his practices as deceptive and misleading, identifying him as a false prophet whose conduct contradicts the core beliefs and biblical principles upheld by the born-again church. His alleged engagement in unbiblical and occultic activities amounts to spiritual manipulation and witchcraft, which we strongly condemn.

As spiritual leaders entrusted with guiding the flock in truth and integrity, we remain committed to upholding the Gospel of Jesus Christ and protecting the reputation of the Born Again Church in Uganda.

Advert

We call upon the public, the media, and relevant authorities to treat Mr. Ssenyonjo’s actions as independent and not representative of the broader Born Again Church community.

Bishop David Kiganda

On behalf of the National Pastors’ Platform of Uganda
