The conference according to Patience seeks to bring believers together in unified prayer woeship and strategy, paving way for Ugandan’s transformation into a new era of Spiritual growth and societal progress.

“Conference chief convenor, Odrek Rwabogo, praised his wife and first daughter, Patience Rwabogo, in a keynote  adress on Monday 19 may 2025 for spearheading the first day of ‘Light Up’ forcusing on issues affecting men.” 

“The ‘light Up Uganda for Jesus’ broght together a diverse array of Spiritual leaders, including Apostle Joseph Serwadda, Apostle/Dr. Daniel Batambuze, Dr. Ladonna Osborne, Pastor Robert Kayanja, Odrek Rwabogo, Rt Reverand  Fredrick Jackson Baalwa, Reverand Canon Aron Mwesigye and many other, for a long programme”.

At the conference Dr.Ladonna Osborne urged more on  working together for souls, “when we unite physically and spiritually to work for souls in our nation, we will see God work in our lives”.

First daughter Patience Rwabogo says it is the power of the holy spirit that is sutaining the alter of Light Up Uganda because God is doing something great amidist everyone’s life and so all the glory goes to God.

“Its a previladge for any of us to be used by God”.

This mission begun in 2022, and the lord gave her the vision or the theme ‘Light Up Uganda’ through the verse of 1 John 1: 5, so through the word, Jesus is proclaimed and the light shines in darkness and the  darkness has never over powered it. And that has always been the Testimony that when Jesus is proclaimed, the light overshadows darkness.

In this mission Jesus is Proclaimed and when Jesus is proclaimed, light shines upon people’s lives which darkness can never overpower.

Uganda is a sighn of Africa. It has become the center of gold trade in the world.

Uganda has been the key to have one common market, to have a single currency and to have a single passport. Uganda is a very lucky country. “Says First daughter Patience Rwabogo”.

“The president has had a vision that the ‘oil wealth of this nation should be invested in sceince and technology and not used for short term bugdet need”.

“It is the role of a church to go a head of the nation, the church carries God’s presence.” ‘Prayer is work, And also intersation is work’.
