CALIFORNIA- We Care for Humanity (WCH), a leading international humanitarian organization, will host an Emergency Online Peace Forum on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, to advocate for an immediate ceasefire and a peaceful resolution between Israel and Iran. The forum is an urgent initiative spearheaded by Joseph Rivera, WCH Country Director in Qatar, in response to escalating tensions in the region.

This vital event seeks to bring together global voices in a unified call for peace, emphasizing the power of diplomacy over warfare. WCH invites world leaders, global members, supporters, and peace advocates to participate in this significant dialogue and stand in solidarity for humanity.

“The rising tensions and acts of aggression are causing immense suffering and placing innocent lives in grave danger,” said Queen Mariam Leonor Torres Mastura, Founder and President of WCH. “We believe that no political dispute justifies the loss of human life. This is a time for leaders to rise above hostility, to choose peace over power, and life over vengeance.”

As part of the forum, each participating leader will be asked to deliver a Peace Statement—a short and impactful message (no more than 1 minute or 150 words)—to express their vision and hope for peace.

This critical initiative is expected to receive widespread international attention, with confirmed media coverage from prominent global outlets. The platform will amplify the collective message for peace and demonstrate the world’s commitment to resolving conflict through dialogue and compassion.
