EuroGold Refinery Opens Main Offices in Dubai, Strengthening Global Presence
EuroGold Refinery has officially inaugurated its main offices in Dubai, marking a key milestone in the company’s growth strategy and its efforts to better serve its expanding international clientele.

At the launch event, EuroGold founder and owner Benard Feni described the move as the fulfilment of a long-held ambition.

“Opening offices in Dubai is a dream come true,” Feni said. “This decision was primarily driven by public demand, particularly given Dubai’s pivotal role in the global gold and commodities markets. As we know, Dubai has become a major hub for gold trade worldwide.”

He explained that many of EuroGold’s clients had consistently requested the company establish a presence in Dubai to streamline transactions and boost business confidence.

“Many of our customers requested that we open offices in Dubai to simplify transactions, improve efficiency, and expand our business capacity,” Feni said.

“Trust is a key concern when dealing with large investors, particularly those looking to invest in Africa. Many prefer working with companies that have a presence in Dubai, given its rigorous due diligence and screening processes.”

Feni also noted that the new office, located in Business Bay, was specifically established to bridge the gap between international traders and enhance global business connectivity.

“We aim to instill greater confidence and assurance in our partners,” Feni said. “It will be our responsibility to ship gold directly from EuroGold Uganda to EuroGold Dubai.”

Feni also revealed that clients will now be able to collect gold products directly from the Dubai office, addressing long-standing concerns over shipment reliability.

“Many foreign clients have raised concerns about gold shipments not reaching their destinations,” he explained. “Our Dubai operation is a success story, fully supported by the Ministry in Dubai. All our documentation, location, and address are fully verified, and we are now fully operational.”

Feni stated that the company’s Dubai presence has already generated significant interest from several firms keen to collaborate with EuroGold, particularly in the areas of payment facilitation and procurement.

“We’ve seen strong backing from companies now that we’re established in Dubai. Some clients prefer to make their payments there, and once that’s done, we handle the purchase, process the gold, and ensure it’s shipped directly to Dubai,” he said.

Feni emphasized that the move would not only attract but also protect investors, positioning EuroGold Dubai as the company’s primary office. He also revealed plans to expand further into China and Hong Kong.

“All of these efforts are aimed at making gold buying, transportation, and storage safer and more efficient for our clients,” he said.
