HTP CALLS UPON BOU & MOF TO RETURN UGANDANS’ 27 BILLION.

Heal The Planet Global Organisation is surprised that the Governor Bank of Uganda, The Permanent Secretary Ministry of Finance/Secretary to the Treasury have not resigned following a huge scam of 27 Billion Shillings under their control!

The scam involving such huge tax payers’ sums of money being fraudulently wired to Accounts in Asia has deeply stricken us and we can’t be tempted to believe that Ugandans are being fooled if we can still see officials in these government offices walking free with no action taken against them. This is betrayal, selling off the country in a young and crippling economy.

This stolen sum would construct world class roads, would build more schools for struggling children, would put more facilities in hospitals, would pay several civil servants, would decrease on Uganda’s external debt…
