M7 Aide to Launch Book on War Lord Joseph Kony.

14 days’ with Kony “The hidden heroes” is the talk of town due to be launched at Serena Hotel Kampala on Friday 15th November 2019. Judith Obina Okumu, Private Secretary to H.E The President of the Republic of Uganda in Charge of Political Affairs shares a true life story experience in this book.

The Book is a narration of the 14 days visit to Kony’s camp in Garamba in the Democratic Republic of Congo at the climax of the peace talks, that were being deliberated between Uganda Government and the LRA (Lord’s Resistance Army) rebels by the Government of South Sudan. This event facilitated the travel of Kony’s Mother Norah Anek to her son Kony, at the time, in Garamba forest in the Congo.

“It is a day to day account of what transpired during these 14 days of my visit while taking Kony’s mother to see her son, the dreaded Rebel Leader of the LRA ,” says Judith in an interview with HICGI News Agency.

14 days with Kony “the hidden heroes” spells out the contribution of many other efforts that the Government of Uganda put, other than the Military aspect that later on culminated into lasting peace in the Northern part of Uganda.

President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni is expected to launch the book that will begin with a cocktail dinner for the guests already buying Tickets at 100,000/= UGX entitling them with a free book also.
