    God has called his soldier! A HERO indeed has gone on Heroes’ Day! A great Patriot though he never admired being referred to as one! A strict advocate of discipline, honesty and humility. His special advisory position to the President about security and stability in Buganda is a vacuum he has left and not easy to fill for now. I vividly remember his role in calming down Buganda youths during the 2009 famous “kayunga riots.” Uganda will take time or even never at all to get such a statesman again. MHSRIP.
