UGANDA Government has restored internet moments ago following a country wide blackout since 14th January when the country went to polls.
Prime Minister Rt Hon Dr Ruhakana Rugunda yesterday appearing on a local television said the government kept the country offline due to security threats and that they were mitigating several factors to restore the internet.
Facebook and it’s related apps are still down with their fate unknown as President Yoweri Katuga Museveni relected for the 6th term said the tech giant violated laws by suspending accounts of the ruling party members.
