ENTEBBE- The commander of Uganda Lands Forces Brigadier Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba has disclosed that the country’s Basket Ball players will receive support.

Muhozi who is also a First Son, in tweet says “We shall support our great basketball players! I have spoken to Honourable Janet Kataaha Museveni on this issue.”

Muhozi adds that the First Lady who is also the minister of Education and sports has promised to help the team.

This is in the wake of Uganda redirecting efforts towards Sports with motivation from recent Tokyo 2020 Olympic medalists ranking Uganda second in Africa.

Sources to HICGI News Agency close to Gen Muhozi reveal that since high school, the soft-spoken First Son is a lover of basketball and that it’s against this background he has moved to support the players.
