Kampala Minister , KCCA ED ask Ugandans to join Parish Development Model

KAMPALA- The minister of Kampala, Hajjat Minsa Kabanda and Kampala Capital City Authority- KCCA Executive Director Dorothy Kisaka has called upon Ugandans to join the Parish Development Model Program aimed empowering citizens financially.

During the State of Readiness for Implementation of the Parish Development Model – PDM at City hall on Tuesday, Kisaka said the low income earners in Kampala can greatly benefit form the program.
