Uganda President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni on Wednesday held talks with H.E Rosa Malango , Director United Nations Commissions in Charge of Africa , Asia, America & Europe.

Sources at State House indicate that the duo discussed revamping Uganda’s economy onto an inclusive growth path.

Rosa also presented a delegation from ARISE Integrated Industrial Platforms (ARISE IIP) led by their CEO & Founder Gupta Gagan, called at State House Entebbe, with investment ideas in Agro-processing sectors Mineral Development, Transport and Industrial hubs.

Museveni welcomed the initiatives under these sectors and said they fit well with Uganda original program to build an independent, vertically integrated and self-sustaining national economy.

A source to HICGI News Agency said “Mr Gagan, has potential to turn many things upside down like he did in Gabon, from construction of industrial zones and a real supply chain, to transformation of the transport sector.”

Rosa Malango also met members of the Youth Coalition for SDGs at Serena Hotel and inspired them to love Africa in a 40 minute presentation.
