Heal The Planet recognises leaders and humanitarian figures for contributions to peace, education, African unity and humanitarian service.

KAMPALA, UGANDA — United States President Donald J. Trump, Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune and Ugandan President Gen. Yoweri Kaguta T. Museveni have been honoured with prestigious lifetime awards by Heal The Planet Global Organisation (HTP) for their contributions to peace, security, African unity and other areas of public service.

The awards were announced and presented on the sidelines of Dr. Michelle Corral’s 3rd East Africa Fire & Anointing Pastors Conference, held in Kampala, bringing together religious leaders, humanitarian actors and other dignitaries.
HTP, which says it holds Special Consultative Status with the United Nations, said the awards are intended to recognise individuals whose work has made a significant contribution to peace, education, humanitarian service and the welfare of vulnerable communities.

Trump Award Presented to U.S. Embassy.

The HTP Peace Lifetime Prize – 2026 was awarded to U.S. President Donald J. Trump in recognition of his contribution to promoting global peace and security.

The award was formally delivered by Dr. Kivumbi Earnest Benjamin, L. H D (Hon.) President of Heal The Planet Global Organisation, to Michael Cleverly, Chargé d’Affaires ad interim at the U.S. Embassy in Kampala, during a ceremony on Monday.

Algeria’s Tebboune Honoured.

Algerian President H.E. Abdelmadjid Tebboune received the HTP Peace Lifetime Prize – 2026 in recognition of his contribution to promoting peace, security, African unity and independence.
The award was received on his behalf by H.E. Chabi Habib, Deputy Ambassador of Algeria to Uganda.

Museveni Receives Peace Lifetime Prize.

Ugandan President Gen. Yoweri Kaguta T. Museveni was also awarded the HTP Peace Lifetime Prize – 2026 in recognition of his contribution to promoting peace, security and African unity.

Uganda’s Vice President, H.E. Rtd. Maj. Jessica Alupo, officiated at the award ceremony on behalf of President Museveni after delivering an address.

First Lady Janet Museveni Recognised for Education.

The HTP Education Prize – 2026 was awarded to H.E. Janet Kataaha Museveni, First Lady of the Republic of Uganda, in recognition of her commitment to promoting education and advancing educational opportunities.

Dr. Joan Ross Receives Peace Award.

Dr. Joan Ross was honoured with the HTP Peace Prize – 2026 for her outstanding contribution to the promotion of global peace.

Dr. Michelle Corral Honoured for Humanitarian Work.

American televangelist, philanthropist and humanitarian Dr. Michelle Corral received the HTP Humanitarian Lifetime Prize – 2026 in recognition of her humanitarian support for refugees, vulnerable communities and people in need.

Her recognition comes following humanitarian initiatives associated with her mission in East Africa, including support for vulnerable communities and refugees.

HTP: More Personalities to Be Recognised. 

Speaking about the awards, Dr. Kivumbi said the initiative is part of HTP’s broader effort to recognise individuals who have demonstrated exceptional service to humanity.
“These awards are part of HTP’s efforts to recognise individuals who have made significant contributions to global peace, African unity, education, humanitarian service and the welfare of vulnerable communities.

We will continue to honour more personalities who have demonstrated outstanding service to humanity,” Dr. Kivumbi said.

The awards come as HTP continues to expand its programmes focusing on peacebuilding, humanitarian assistance, education, African unity and support for vulnerable communities.
